" I know you can do it....believe me if I can you can. Like me you just don't have the knowledge...it's as simple as that. It's not because you have failed...you just need some instruction. Start to look at it that way...mentally it will make the BIGGEST difference in how you view weight loss." (email sent to me from Olivia Ward, winner of The Biggest Loser)
Calories in, Calories out...How does it really boil down???...
-Olivia also explained to me...it's calories in and calories out. A pound is 3500 calories, so if you want to lose 2 pounds a week you have to burn 7000 calories. So broken down into a week, that means every day I have to burn 1000 more calories than I eat. So if I eat 2000 calories, I have to burn 3000 calories. To be really honest and on top of it, I bought the Bodybugg and I wear it all the time, except when I am sleeping. It straps to my upper arm and synchronizes with a watch and constantly keeps track of the calories I am burning and the steps I am taking. It is one of the greatest tools I have to help me accomplish this goal.
Yay Wendy!!!!
You look great, and you must feel fantastic!
Keep it up…
